Mirai Logistics collects personal information about our customers and prospective customers solely to provide the services they request. We only collect personally identifiable information when an individual voluntarily provides it — for example, when contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to enquire about our services.

The personal information we collect is limited to what is necessary to deliver the requested service: full name, phone number, email address, origin and destination details, move date, property or service type, and any additional notes you choose to share. In some cases — particularly for international relocations, visa assistance, or pet relocation — we may also require passport details or other documentation as part of the service process.

We use this information solely to provide the services you have requested. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver your requested service.

We retain your information for up to 12 months from your last contact with us, after which it is securely deleted. If you would like us to delete your data before then, email us and we will action it promptly.

As a Data Principal, you have certain statutory rights in relation to your Personal Data. Subject to any exemptions provided by law, you have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request that we erase your data where it is no longer needed, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing was unlawful
• Object — object to us processing your data in certain circumstances
• Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent at any time by written request. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your request
